Stage 1.   Proper planning
Patient consultation.  I am available to personally talk with you and your patient (either at our laboratory or at your surgery*) so that I can fully understand their needs and wants, and to assist you in any way I can. I will take detailed 'before' images of your patient's teeth and face to aid in the smile design process.
Pre-operative models are provided showing your patient's present situation.
Diagnostic models are constructed in either wax, or 'Gradia' indirect composite for added realism, to show your patient how their smile is likely to look post-operatively
 
Stage 2.  Tooth preparation made easy.
Preparation guides are provided to help you acheive the best result for your patient, in the form of:  
Prepared models that you can copy, to help you determine the ideal shape of tooth preparation clinically.
A highly accurate lab putty matrix so you don't remove more tooth substance than you need to.
 
Stage 3.  Temporisation made easy.
A template of the diagnostic wax-up model is made so that you can produce accurate and realistic chairside temporary crowns/veneers using 'Protemp (TM)' or other similar chairside material. I can assist in the construction of any temporaries if requested.
 
Stage 4. Review and alterations
Further dialogue. The temporary crowns/veneers allow your patient to get a realistic feel for how their smile will ultimately look and they may have further thoughts about changes they would like to be made. At this stage I am again available to discuss your patient's further requirements regarding shape, texture and shade (either at my laboratory, or at your surgery*).
Chairside improvements. I can copy any chairside alterations or additions made by you to these temporary crowns/veneers if you provide me with a simple impression.
 
5.  Smile creation and cementation
Expertly handcrafted. Final restorations are created using one of the wide range of superb porcelain systems available at our laboratory under magnification X20 and using our very best skill and judgement.
Options. I am always happy to discuss the most appropriate options for each individual case as required.
Peace of mind. All my restorations carry a reassuring 5 year warranty (terms and conditions apply, available on request)
Photos. I can provide complimentary 'before and after' photographs of your patient's smile if requested so that you can provide your patient with delightful before and after images of their stunning new smile!
