Complete Aesthetics is owned by myself, Neil Clapshaw, a skilled technician with 22 years experience in the field of dental technology. I gained my National Diploma in Dental Technology in 1992 after training in both Manchester and Liverpool colleges and have continued to gain experience in different facets of crown and bridgework on various courses and seminars

After working in a large production laboratory, I gained my most valuable experience working in a small laboratory servicing private clients in and around London. Here I was taught to work under magnification X20 and create exceptional crown and bridge products.

Here at the Lab we like to do things a little differently. Nowadays patients understand and demand prosthesis` of only the highest quality. All work produced at Complete Aesthetics Dental Laboratory is carefully constructed by  myself or Andrew. This means that from the point of computerised job booking through model casting, wax/metal design and porcelain or composite application to final check and despatch, there are only two people following each job through to finish.

That means that we are wholly responsible for the job sent to you and this means we go a little further to give the personal touch to the work produced and the standard of service that you will receive, and should expect from the Laboratory.

We are currently enrolled in Investors In People & Leadership and Management modules and hope to finish these training courses within the next few weeks.

A bit about me(Neil)

I am happily married to Rowena who is a part time salesperson for a National beauty products company, she also works at the local theatre and of course is a full time Mum.

We have three children aged 9,7 and 5 who take up nearly all our spare time but any time we do have we like to attend the theatre.

My other passions are rugby union (a bit too old and fragile to be still playing) and I enjoy watching rugby league. I also enjoy reading absolutely anything (I`ve even read cereal boxes when there has been nothing else to hand) and painting/sketching.
